Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Exotische planten (Exotic plants)
  • Groenblijvende struiken (Evergreen shrubs)
  • All live plants that show signs of damage from improper care after delivery

We carefully inspect all plants before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
